For 2022, the Mazda 3 receives a Carbon Edition package. The edition comes with aggressive polymetal gray paint, red leather seats, and a range of exterior flourishes to make the Carbon Edition package Mazda 3 stand out from the crowd. Furthermore, the Carbon Edition features a 12-speaker Bose stereo system, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music with theater-like sound.
Drivers can select from three different powertrain options. The most powerful is a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine developing 227 horsepower with available all-wheel drive. Drivers also have the option of choosing a six-speed manual transmission with front-wheel drive in the Premium trim model.
To keep all the performance in line, the 2022 Mazda 3 comes with G-Vectoring Control Plus. The system responds smartly to steering inputs with torque and braking adjustments. Thus the system gives you better stability for a more relaxing drive.
