Q:  What do I have to do to keep the Mabry Million Mile Warranty in effect?

A:  Simply maintain the vehicle at any certified repair facility, in accordance with the Manufacturer's Recommended Maintenance Schedule.  While we won't require you to do your maintenance at one of our service departments, we will certainly exceed your expectations, most assuredly, making the claims process smoother for you since we will have the maintenance records stored in our system.

NOTE:  The Recommended Maintenance services must be performed according to the maintenance schedule booklet and they need to be documented.

Q:  Do I have to have to have my Mabry Million Mile Warranty repairs done at a Mabry Auto Group location?

A:  Yes, if you live within 100 miles of one of our facilities.  While it is not required to have your Warranty repairs performed with our company if you live outside of 100 miles, we feel it would be advantageous to let our professionals perform the repairs.  Remember, all recommended maintenance MUST be documented, and any warranty work covered under this warranty will need to be pre-approved PRIOR to being completed and will need to be completed by an ASE certified repair facility.  We strongly recommended having your maintenance performed at one of our professional repair facilities and simplifying the process should you ever have a warranty claim.
