Q:  Which vehicles come with the Mabry Million Mile Warranty?

A:  The Mabry Million Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty applies to all non-commercial vehicles sold, that are no older than current plus 5 Calendar years, with less than 75,000 miles on the odometer* at the time of purchase, from any of our dealerships. The vehicles must have passed our Mabry Million Mile Warranty certification program and a Carfax or similar inspection. 

Q:  How long is the Mabry Million Mile Warranty good for?

A:  The Mabry Million Mile Warranty is valid for as long as You own the vehicle or until your odometer reaches 1 million miles, whichever comes first. 

Q:  Is there a catch?

A:  There are no catches, gimmicks or hidden fees. The Mabry Million Mile Warranty is an added value to our customers for doing business with us.  The only 'catch' is You have to buy your vehicle from us.

Q:  How much does the Mabry Million Mile Warranty cost?

A:  Nothing.  We are trying to build "Customers for Life" so the Mabry Million Mile Warranty comes standard with every qualifying vehicle that meets the listed criteria. 

Q:  What does the Mabry Million Mile Warranty program cover?

A:  The Mabry Million Mile Warranty covers parts and labor on all approved engine, transmission and driveline failures including applicable seals and gaskets.  See questions below for a list of all the covered components and disclosures.

Q:  Can I get the Mabry Million Mile Warranty at another dealer in the area?

A:  No.  Our dealership group has been chosen as the select dealership group in the area to offer this Million Mile Warranty. 

Q:  What do I have to do to keep the Mabry Million Mile Warranty in effect?

A:  Simply maintain the vehicle at any certified repair facility, in accordance with the Manufacturer's Recommended Maintenance Schedule.  While we won't require you to do your maintenance at one of our service departments, we will certainly exceed your expectations, most assuredly, making the claims process smoother for you since we will have the maintenance records stored in our system.  

NOTE:  The Recommended Maintenance services must be performed according to the maintenance schedule booklet and they need to be documented.

Q:  Where can I find the Manufacturer's Recommended Maintenance Schedule for my vehicle?

A:  You can download your Vehicles Recommended Maintenance Schedule online or if the vehicle is purchased new from one our dealerships, a maintenance schedule will be provided to you.

Q:  Can I change my own oil?

A:  You may change your own oil. You will have to have supporting documentation i.e.: receipts for oil and filters etc. and you will have to keep an oil change log, showing that it has been done within the recommended mileage intervals, and sign off each time an oil change is completed.

Q:  Do I have to have to have my Mabry Million Mile Warranty repairs done at a Mabry Auto Group location?

A:  Yes, if you live within 100 miles of one of our facilities.  While it is not required to have your Warranty repairs performed with our company if you live outside of 100 miles, we feel it would be advantageous to let our professionals perform the repairs.  Remember, all recommended maintenance MUST be documented, and any warranty work covered under this warranty will need to be pre-approved PRIOR to being completed and will need to be completed by an ASE certified repair facility.  We strongly recommended having your maintenance performed at one of our professional repair facilities and simplifying the process should you ever have a warranty claim.  

Q:  Am I responsible for paying a deductible when making a claim?

A:  No, the deductible is waived if the repair work is done within the Mabry Auto Group.  A $250.00 deductible applies if the repair work is performed at another ASE certified repair facility.

 Q:  Does my Mabry Million Mile Warranty contract provide towing?

A:  Yes, we will cover towing to an authorized repair facility for an approved claim.  

Q:  Does my Mabry Million Mile Warranty contract provide rental car coverage?

A:  No, rental car coverage is not included.  However, car rental may be covered by your factory warranty, which you received with the purchase of your new vehicle. These expenses may also be covered if you purchased an extended service contract from one of Mabry Auto Group's Finance Departments.   

Q:  Is the Mabry Million Mile Warranty transferrable?

A:  No.  The Mabry Million Mile Warranty expires upon transfer to any subsequent owners.  It is only valid for the owner listed on the Mabry Million Mile contract.

Q:  Is this the primary warranty on my vehicle?

A:  No.  The Mabry Million Mile Warranty is designed to supplement existing coverages that may exist or may be purchased with your vehicle.  Third Party plans such as Car-Saver and Vehicle Service Contracts are recommended and supported by Mabry Auto Group.  The Mabry Million Mile Warranty continues to provide supplemental coverage to these and many more plans.

POWERTRAIN Coverage is limited to the Vehicle parts and other items described below:

Gasoline/Diesel Engine:  all internally lubricated parts;, engine block; cylinder head(s); exhaust manifold; expansion plugs; harmonic balancer; intake manifold; mounts; oil pan (excluding drain plug related failures); rotary engine rotor housing; timing belt/chain and tensioner; timing chain cover; valve cover(s); water pump; electric coolant pump; electric oil pump; diesel accessory vacuum pump; lift pump; injectors and injector pump; manufacturer-installed turbocharger(s); bypass valve(s); blow-off valve(s); intercooler and waste gate(s); manufacturer-installed supercharger; 

Transmission (Automatic, Continuous Variable (CVT), Standard and Transfer Case):  All internal/internally lubricated parts; metal cooler lines; mounts; throttle valve cable; torque converter; flywheel/flexplate; transmission and transfer case housing; transmission cooler; oil pan; vacuum modulator; external and internal control unit; automatic electronic clutches.

Drive Axle (Front/Rear/AWD/4 Wheel Drive):  all internally lubricated parts within the drive/transaxle assembly and housing, including axles and axle bearings; constant velocity joints; drive shaft support; differential cover; hub bearings; front hub locking assemblies; drive shaft; universal joints; four wheel drive actuator.

Filters, Fluids, Lubricants and Taxes:  filters; fluids; lubricants and taxes required to complete a Covered Repair for any Covered Part listed above.

Seals and Gaskets:  Seals and gaskets for all Covered Parts listed above when subject to a Covered Repair.
